Cancellation Policy
READ CAREFULLY!!! •After you request to book an appointment, the owner will confirm or deny. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will need to send over your deposit immediately, if payment is not received after 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. •All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE! •If you are over 10 mins late, your appointment will be canceled but you may reschedule within 24 hrs of the original appointment. •If you pay the entire balance and cancel your appointment within 24 hrs before the scheduled appointment, you will receive a partial refund of all funds EXCEPT your deposit. *** DEPOSITS ARE 50% OF THE BALANCE.
