Thank you for choosing “Pretty N’ Flawless LLC”. Service policy and details are listed below!!

READ CAREFULLY!!!

•All Services require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that go toward your balance! 

•Remainder balance is to be paid in Cash or Cashapp only. If you are paying in cash, please have the exact amount, no change will be given.

TRAVEL

•Travel options are open to anyone. Services start at $150 not including travel fee. In order to book for travel please email info@prettynflawless.com to check availability, and final pricing with travel fees. Please include your name, number, date and time of requested services. Allow 48 hr for response.

LATE POLICY

•If you are over 5 mins late, your appointment will be canceled but you may reschedule, if we’re contacted within 24 hrs of the original appointment. 

•If you pay the entire balance and cancel your appointment within 24 hrs, you will receive a refund of all funds EXCEPT your deposit. (Please be considerate of my time and make cancellations at-least 24hrs Ahead)

•If I cancel your appointment, any money paid will be refunded. 

•NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA CROWD, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

•Operating hours

(10am - 7pm, M,T,W,F,Sat)

(10am-4:30pm TH)

OUTSIDE HOURS BOOKINGS

•For appointments outside of normal opened hours there is an additional $25 fee. (This must be previously discussed ahead of booking and added when booking.)

•Before & After photos/ videos may be taken for Jae’s portfolio content purposes only.

**You must wear a mask when coming in, and mask should not be removed until instructed by Jae, NO EXCEPTIONS!! Your temperature will also be taken upon entrance.**
